Without doubt, the best way to have the same content in two PCs is to have both synchronized. For this you need a tool like Briefcase Plus.
It is a free utility that continually compares the content of a folder (or the whole hard drive if you want) with that of another PC on the same LAN. Using Briefcase Plus at the time a change happens in the original PC means that it will automatically update the same change in the synchronized PC. Thus you will always have the same and updated information at all times.
Briefcase Plus generates a file indicating all the possible incidents that occur in the synchronization of both PCs.
